Proton Power Power Corrupts Tech Axiom Empire	Posted - 2008.03.24 09:10:00 - [1] Backround - About 2 years ago I started an IPO called PCT, it was a small scale IPO that was ran much like I plan to run this IPO. Due to it being small, and a few decent choices it turned out to pay out very nice dividends, when closed paid out close to over 300% in about 1 years time. I then moved on with my Military Career, and was burning out which resulted in the close of the IPO. Since then I have been working on and working on a new way to get into the IPO world that would be fair to me and my investors. I have anounced 2 IPO's since this being the 3rd, the first 2 after much debate I closed off. Some due to the plans were not secure enough, others due to time and work issues. Now on to the future. The Plan -This plan is a lot like my original IPO plan, you either trust what I do with the isk or you don't. If you don't, do not invest. I can tell you I plan on working with 3 major area's from the start. 1. T2 Componets 2. T2 Invention 3. Trade into 0.0 Regions I have extensive knowledge in T2 Componets, and Trade in 0.0 regions. I have available to me over 100 factory slots (and skills to run them all), over 50 labatory slots, and 2 characters that have lvl 4 in all invention skills, some lvl 5's. This by all means does not mean I will stick to these area's as I get into new area's I will post and let my investors know and take the concerns into factor, but it will not be voted on, it will not be challenged. By investing into this IPO you are trusting me. I know this may not go well with today's investors, but I won't run an IPO any other way. Reporting You will see 2 differant types of reports from me. The end of month report will have details broken down to how your isk is currently invested, broken down into a few areas - 1. POS Gear / Fuel 2. Building Materials (Minerals, Reactions) 3. Componets (Base Value, Including those in build) 4. Contracts Up 5. Sell Order Value (-5%) 6. Stock 7. Other The second reports are just information reports, stating how things are going, any changes, and to answer questions. In the next few days I will put up a post on who is where when it comes to reserved shares. For those that keep asking about death, honestly no offense I don't care to discuss it. I put a line were the 75bil mark was reached, I am anticipating some cancelations so please continue to place your reserves. When I go to sell the shares I will give out character name and directions, I will only be taking a certain number of transactions per day. Once I hit what is suppose to be the 75bil Mark, I will give 3 days extra for anyone that has not claimed the reserve yet, after that I will open it up for the next cusomters. Proton Power Power Corrupts Tech Axiom Empire	Posted - 2008.03.25 17:50:00 - [7] To answer some questions and some updates - The launch date for the sale of Shares is April 10th 2008, due to reserves meeting well past the IPO Value, I will announce directions on how to get your shares on or about April 10th 2008. The first payout will be June 1st 2008. I will guerentee the 3.5% payout even on this first payout, but not sure how much better this one will get due to just getting things up and running. Based on my current figures low end I figure my normal dividends around 5%, and high end around 7% based on my current setups. Over time I will be better able to work on little things to maximise isk and hope to then be at the 9% range. The only guerentee is 3.5% though, and will most likely be about this range for the first 2mths. Take 75B(grand total) - 71.228B (total of known)= 3.772B (amount of unknown) Therefore SonOfAGhost had to commit to = ~3.772B for the math to add up right? I assume actual total is slightly over 75B but no greater then 76B. So in the end I predict he commited to 4B to 4.5B. Sorry I just had to point this out. When I originally planned it, it was setup for 75bil and now I can't seem to get that number out of my head. I am working on clearing out one of my characters assets so that I can keep track of the 70bil easier from the start. Trying to seperate personel isk from IPO isk seems to be my hardest task right now, which works out better for the IPO since I am sure I will miss some and up the IPO value some from day 1. I also plan on giving the IPO free loans as needed from my personel wallet to insure that it always has the isk that it needs. These loans will be reported at the end of the month, example - End Month Value 88bil Isk Minus 10bil Isk Loan - 8bil Isk Profits This Month. Again the loan will be interest free, just free's up things for me.
